Eight is Great As D-Link unveils new home networking solutions
D-Link will be showcasing its latest innovations in digital home networking in the categories of home entertainment, monitoring and connectivity at Lunch at Piero’s during CES. CEA Innovation Award winners include the Boxee Box by D-Link and D-Link Pebble media players, and the D-Link Home Monitoring Starter Kit and D-Link Home Energy Monitoring Starter Kit.
Also making their debut are the industry’s first 600 megabits per second home wireless access point with four data streams, a 450Mbps touch screen router which almost doubles the speeds of previous routers, and a handy portable wireless N pocket router that lets users set up a hotspot anywhere. Finally, there is the D-Link 3G Door Phone to add another level of security to the home. It acts like a standard doorbell, but it is anything but ordinary.
